We want you to love everything you order. If something is not quite right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.
Return Window
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the order is delivered to your address.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any alterations or damage
Note: Innerwear, swimwear, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to your order history.
- Select the item you wish to return and choose a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop the item at your nearest courier partner location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return.
You can also initiate a return by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested variant is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
